I think this is actually the closely related species Acalymma gouldi
The abdomen looks yellow in your specimen.
from the key in Downy and Arnett:
Abdomen black; elytral carinae 2,3 and 4 yellow > A. vittatum
Abdomen pale; elytra carinae 2 and 3 yellow > A. gouldi
