Looks a lot like the Syrphus torvus that I posted earlier but there are some differences.

Syrphus ribesii female has th
Syrphus ribesii female has the hind femora totally orange/yellow and no obvious black on hind tibia. The yellow markings broadly overlap sides of tergites. I think this is Syrphus rectus .... female.

Wing looks ~entirely trichose
Wing looks ~entirely trichose. No hairs on the eyes, and tergite margins are not entirely yellow but follow the stripe pattern, so this is Syrphus ribesii. Nice shots!

(FWIW, if you want definitive confirmation for yourself as to whether it's Syrphus, check the dorsal surface of the lower calypter for hairs.)
