ok for Acantholyda sp. Looks more like a female to me.

Don't female pamphilids have ovipositors?

 
A female -
Thee is a small sheath and ovipositor in this specimen. Males would have the apical segment flat underneath. Pamphiliids have very short, small ovipositors. They glue the eggs to the leaf surface or cut a very small slit partly embedding a small portion of the egg to anchor it.

I'll have to get the specimen under the scope again and find the ovipositor. I appreciate the information you've given me.
