Maccaffertium
Hi William-

I believe this female imago to be of genus Maccaffertium.

Ephemeroptera
The common name for this group is "mayfly." The females lay their eggs in freshwater (lakes, streams), and the larvae live on the bottom until they molt into a winged preadult stage, when they come out of the water to mate and die. The adults don't even have mouthparts.
