Trichadenotecnum castum
Maybe I am missing something but the arc of 6 black dots in the last 1/4 of the forewing (in r1, r3, r5, m1, m2 and m3) would have me place this in the genus Trichadenotecnum; Family Psocidae. The pale green eyes and Scutellum also are common in this genus. Based on the pattern of wing markings and where this photo was taken I think this is Trichadenotecnum castum. Great video Sean.
