According to Kondratieff & Welch(1990) and
Torsten Dikow's website
, the range of
N. brachyrhynchus
is Arizona into Sonora, Mexico...whereas the range of
N. pantherinus
is California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia (but not AZ).
So this is presumably the male of
N. brachyrhynchus
...even though it's not in perfect agreement with the
description given in Kondratieff & Welch(1990)

How are you ruling out N. ven

Not Opomydas
...in that genus, the the hind leg has length of basitarsus 5 or more times its width. That's clearly not the case here.
Note the antennal club here is longer than the 1st flagellomere, and the proboscis is fairly short. This is indeed
Nemomydas
.
And it's a male of either
N. pantherinus
or
N. brachyrhynchus
.
