Corythucha arcuata Laying Eggs? - Corythucha arcuata - female

Corythucha arcuata Laying Eggs? - Corythucha arcuata - Female
Karnack, Harrison County, Texas, USA
May 6, 2014
Size: 3mm
While collecting Overcup Oak (Quercus lyrata) leaves for my various caterpillar projects I noticed this little gal in what appears to be the process of laying eggs. I presume Corythucha arcuata is the species but would appreciate another opinion.
