Appears to be Craspedolepta sonchi
based on comparison to Patch's illustration of Aphalara fascipennis, which is a synonym. Most Craspedolepta are greenish species associated with Asteraceae, this species in particular having been recorded from a large number of hosts. Here is an overlay of your photo with Patch's illustration which demonstrates the how finely the wing shape, venation, and maculation fit:

I am hesitant to make a new species page for this one yet though because I am unsure if there are any similar species. Craspedolepta is the second largest nearctic genus of psyllids, and I haven't seen all of the species yet, particularly those described by Journet & Vickery (1979). Once I'm able to obtain that publication, I should be able to confirm.

Thanks, Chris!
I delighted to get this tiny critter to genus considering the blurred images! It's hopped along several Guide pages:>)
And thanks, also, for the description of how you decided on genus and probable species. Bug Guide is a great place for us life-long students.

Psyllid, I presume
I'm not seeing a particularly close match in the Guide, though. Let's see what others have to say.
