Tylocentrus reticulatus

Tylocentrus reticulatus
San Pedro River Valley, SE of San Manuel, Pinal County, Arizona, USA
May 3, 2014
Size: ~5-6mm
I think this is Tylocentrus reticulatus, it has a slightly different coloration that the others, but the wing pattern seems the same. It does not have any visible horns - is suppose that is a sexual dimorphism? (I think females have and males don't?) Found on a Velvet Mesquite Tree (Prosopsis velutina). Thank you for your help.
