Would like some help on iding this fly. I compared to my pix of Ocyptamus fuscipennis and structure seems similar although abdomen is much stockier. Very slow trying to search this site for several days now so I've not been able to look at many images on this. I included the grape vine leaf for size comparison.

Thank you for any assistance.

Both male and female have pectinate antennae
but the male's is feather-like so this specimen is a female. Probably oviposting.

what a beautiful shot. just look at the feather-like antennae
Thank you Matt Edmonds for finding what looks like a match. My observation was even on a grape vine. I hope someone can confirm it as not possible to be anything else.
