Leafhopper on mesquite - Ollarianus

Leafhopper on mesquite - Ollarianus
San Pedro River Valley, SE of San Manuel, Pinal County, Arizona, USA
May 5, 2014
Size: ~7mm
Found on leaves of a Velvet Mesquite Tree (Prosopsis velutina). I would guess Ceratagallia sp., but I can't really tell. I do have a "from underneath" view, but not a lateral view. Thank you for your help.

Ventral or "from underneath" views
can be helpful. In addition to helping determine gender sometimes the shape of the female pregenital sternite is important. I don't think this is Ceratagallia but I'm not sure what it is.
