Corythucha juglandis (Fitch)
Moved from Corythucha. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks John.

Glad I removed the host reference
as it was apparently incorrect. Thanks for the IDs Brad.

several spp. on Rosenfeldaceae; Brad will figure it out
Moved from Lace Bugs.

I'm sweeping tons of them from grass
so I'm not sure if the Rosenfeldaceae was the host anymore :) it may have already been stuck to the net as they don't seem to move too fast. I'd best remove the host reference (which was vague anyway since I didn't take the time to look up the real name...)

tons on grass
indeed, the adults are pretty promiscuous, plant-wise, and can make a pit stop anywhere; however, the real host plants in this genus are predominantly woody, incl. a number of orchard & ornamental trees
i'm pretty sure you'll see nymphal aggregations at some point, with adults hanging around, and thus nail the host (you may well have several spp. of the genus around, of course --on different hosts)
