Confirmed
Dr. John Noyes confirms the generic placement and adds that this appears to be very close to Anagyrus trinidadensis, possibly a new species. He has seen similar specimens from Texas and southern California. It differs from trinidadensis in having the first segment of the clava brown; it is white in trinidadensis.
