delphacid planthopper - Pareuidella weedi - Female

Size: 4.4 mm head-wingtips
Found on window screen in the afternoon.
I think this may be Javesella pellucida, as it has the dark tip to the first antennal segment as described by Dr. Hamilton:

I was looking at this again, and it also bears a strong resemblance to:
