My chalcid contact says he can see the shape of the metasomal terga of this individual well enough to place it as Tetramesa. The individual also clearly lacks lamellae at the back of the head. I misunderstood this and reported it incorrectly for 919247. It is Eurytoma that has the lamellae on the back of the head.

Glad the better photos allowed an ID to genus. This seems to be perhaps the most abundant wasp that I'm finding while sweeping new growth grasses.
