Not beameri
According to the key by Philip (1955) Chrysops beameri has a mostly yellow frontal callus. I think your fly lands here:

78. Abdomen with two submedial black stripes; apex of hyaline triangle a blunt spot above the fork ... pikei Whitney
78. Abdomen with four contrasting black stripes; apex of hyaline triangle crescentic (crossband may be extended across cell Cu1 as a paler shadow) ... sequax Williston
