I saw these mating moths beside a cross-county trail in the Baars-Firestone Wildlife Sanctuary at the University of West Florida – just up the path from this one:



I assume they are the same species and have posted them accordingly.

Yes you are correct. You can see the small tufts on the left male specimen.
