Laying eggs in the aphids.
Can the fly be ID'd to species?
If it isn't needed for the guide, I'll Frass.

This is Ocyptamus antiphates.
Ken has it right this is Ocyptamus antiphates. Look at the color of the scutellum in distinguishing it from cylindricus.

I think Ken's right, at least
I think Ken's right, at least to species group - something in the Ocyptamus cylindricus species group. I'm not personally sure about the species (though I'd bet Ken is right), so will move to genus.
