Red face (see blurry second photo). I found it in the parking lot and moved it to a plant, so not sure about host plant.

Ctenucha
There aren't really any pictures out there but there's a species,
Ctenucha rubroscapus
, in that area that might be a possibility. There's a very brief description here: http://www.fs.fed.us/foresthealth/technology/pdfs/FHTET_03_11.pdf

looks pretty similar. It looks like rubroscapus/multifaria may be a species complex, but Ctenucha definitely looks really probable! Thanks so much.
