Yes, good ID
Ischnura verticalis male. A match for the female you posted earlier! That older image doesn't yet have a date in the date field if you have one to add.

I just added the date to the earlier image. I love dragonflies/damselflies, wish I had more images to submit, but am now out of the new ones I photographed this past season. Thank you for all the helpful identification and information you've given me on all the images.
