Wasp Found in Fort Worth, TX - Trypoxylon punctivertex - female

Wasp Found in Fort Worth, TX - Trypoxylon punctivertex - Female
Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, USA
May 23, 2014
This is the second time I have caught this species. The first time I witnessed it entering a small hole I drilled in a block of wood for native bees. The first specimen was destroyed as I was trying to pin it. This specimen was captured as it was hovering near an old fence post in my backyard. I have attempted to key it using Hymenoptera of the World, but I have been unsuccessful thus far.

I have found a guide by Sandh
I have found a guide by Sandhouse and I am fairly certain that this is Trypoxylon punctivertex. I do not see this species on the website, however. Thank you for the genus classification.
