Found on greenbark ceanothus (Ceanothus spinosus). Appears to match
, but madrone is not present.

Hi Alice - I've been researching this one for a couple of days and maintaining that your psyllid is the same as Joyce's psyllid, I've come to the conclusion that they are both
Euglyptoneura robusta
, and that there are no similar species. I wrote an excessively long comment on Joyce's image detailing the diagnosis, which is based on about 6 literature references compared against head and thorax characters best visible in your photo and wing venation characters most visible in Joyce's photo:
