Size: up to 11 mm
Broke several conks off a log and found these larvae inside. Although I have yet to rear this species, Tom Murray has and his posted image of a larva looks to me like these.

It's worth noting that the larvae of this species can differ remarkably in appearance based perhaps on latitude or diet or both. Click on this image of Florida larvae reared on the conk species Ganoderma lucidum and read the discussion below it:
