Baetidae
Hi Seth-

I believe this female subimago to be of family Baetidae. Am unable to discern a hind wing from either of your photos. How confident are you of the posted body length of 9 mm? It should be measured from the front of the head to the end of the abdomen, and does not include the length of the tails.
