Pogonognathellus flavescens
Given the short dental spines array (although partly hidden by the tibia of the right metaleg) it is Pogonognathellus. Given the shorter than its body antennae, and the yellow body backgroundcolour it is flavescens.
Jim, it is a good approach to take a ventral shot in case of tomocerids. The dental spines array helps in deciding which genus it is.

Thank you, Frans. If they roll over for me,
I always try to get a good ventral view. I do the same with other arthropods.
