Ants - Myrmica
Campton, Grafton County, New Hampshire, USA

Size: 6-8mm
Could not figure out the behavior of these two ants. They moved along a branch with one gripping the antenna of the other, sometimes head to head, sometimes side by side. They did not appear to be struggling or fighting ... they moved slowly and seemed to be cooperating.
