Passaloecus? - Passaloecus

Passaloecus? - Passaloecus
Salt Lake, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA
May 29, 2014
Size: 4-5 mm
These tiny gnat-sized skinny wasps keep flying into my lilac bush. They run around collecting some kind of prey only they can see and then head off for the nest (I guess). I found a pretty good description of them, including the white jaws, on the Internet and I think they may be Passaloecus. It's almost impossible to get a good shot of them because they hardly ever stop moving.
