Help needed with ID - Monotoma picipes

Help needed with ID - Monotoma picipes
Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA
May 30, 2014
Size: ~2mm
Taken at UV light. I first thought this was a Colydiinae, then Bothrideridae but, the abdomen is exposed like in Smicripidae. Ugh...

thanks, Tommy; you're the boss!
Moved from Monotoma bicolor.

Thanks Tommy

They are there but the angle/lighting isn't just right. Sometimes they look bare but it's just not in the right light. I'm mostly going on a bit of a "gestalt" feeling here.

If anything
Look like Monotoma picipes to me.

with no trace of pronotal depressions?

Moved tentatively; will seek confirmation
