Think this could maybe be a Brown Spiketail but if someone with more experience could confirm this or provide an alternative ID I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you

Delta-spotted Spiketail?
That's my best guess, but I'm a rank amateur.

Thank you
Hey Marty, thanks for your help. If you know anyone that could confirm that with you or give their best guess please do let me know! Thank you again!

Spiketail
I'm still a rank amateur, but I looked in Paulson's book this morning. The Brown is very close to the Delta-spotted and one of those differences is the Brown is usually brown (duh) and the Delta is black. The range map indicates that the Delta is unlikely to be seen in NC, so I'd guess Brown is more likely. This is my photo of the Delta which shows black. Sooner or later someone with a lot more expertise than me will come along and make the definitive call. Sorry about my initial apparent mistake.

Thank you Marty!
Great catch. I was just looking at a dragonfly video and saw that the Brown spiketail may be a little closer match. Thanks for the great information and leading me in the right direction!
