Lady beetle - Harmonia axyridis

Lady beetle - Harmonia axyridis
Olympia, Thurston County, Washington, USA
May 31, 2014

let's keep this one
We have hundreds of images of H. axyridis, but I think this one is very useful for showing the "square-shouldered" shape so clearly. It's especially noticeable on the right side.

I rely on shape more than anything else to ID H. axyridis, so I think it's important to have clear examples of that.
