It is either Common Baskettai
It is either Common Baskettail or Mantled Baskettail. There is a good bit of geographical variation to the amount of wing maculation, but I'm not sure I can be positive which one this is. YOu are likely correct, however.

Mantled Baskettail isn't found in Ontario.
