Yeah, this is Eupsophulus brevipennis
You can tell it's not Isomira by looking at the eyes, Isomira have large round eyes that bulge out more than Eupsophulus brevipennis.

 
Look at E. brevipennis
This is not even close. It was originally moved by mistake

 
After looking at it closer...
..I believe your right, the shape of the pronotum and the elytra don't match. Sorry for causing any confusion.
