With such heavy dark marks
and those yellow antennae, we would have guessed luteicornis, no? The ranges of the subspecies of famelica are on the info page, coastal vs midwest, but we don't know what factors allow separation.
It seems the midwest one is in general more lightly marked, but it can have a dark pronotum, but...

Yes, Strangalia luteicornis. I believe luteicornis actually means "pale horns" or something similar.

I see Lew had posted an
S. famelica
for June and it doesn't look like mine. But then it doesn't have the white of
S. luteicornis
.
