Moved from Bilobed Looper. Interesting - Wagner says Megalographa, pg 221 is easily recognizable by the fine hairlike spinules and you can see them in his picture but not in yours! We'll have to come back to yours, sorry.

Two pair of abdominal prolegs
and that black mark across the face reminds us of Plusiinae, maybe something like Megalographa biloba such as . But Jeff recently posted one from Florida that was Enigmogramma basigera, see . Not much help, are we??!
