Black and white (plecoptera ?) - Nigronia

Black and white (plecoptera ?) - Nigronia
Bromont, Eastern Township County, Quebec, Canada
June 11, 2014
Size: Ab. 2/3 of a Calopteryx
At first I thought it was a Calopteryx but it was a smaller and I could see a lot of white when it was flying. There are white parts in the abdomen as well as in the wings. Thanks for your help.

Nigronia, a dark fishfly
Moved from ID Request.
I have mistaken these for Calopteryx as well. Their flight is very similar, and they seem to inhabit the same areas, at least where I am.
