looks like
Zanclognatha obscuripennis - Dark Zanclognatha - Hodges #8347
AM. line straight across most of wing from below costa (Forbes' Key). PM. line dark, edged outwardly with yellow. (Forbes and Covell)
note that the am line is not sharply kinked near costa as in the Early Zanclognatha
