Better to leave at genus
Moved from Coenosia nivea. Until the ID can be resolved.

maybe Coenosia (Limosia) nivea Loew, male
Moved from House Flies and kin. Tentatively ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks John.

Has a long apical posteroventral bristle on the mid-tibia, which is atypical for C. nivea. The alternative would seem to lead to C. antennalis, but the male of that species has a dense fringe of black hairs along the margin of the fifth sternum, which are not present in this individual. C. furtiva is close to C. antennalis, but the genitalia are not as diagrammed by Hucket (1934) (doral/caudal view is approximate, but lateral view is much different). Unfortunately, he did not illustrate the genitalia of nivea or antennalis.
