Epicauta pennsylvanica?
I plugged in Epicauta on CalPhoto - usually gives a good idea what's here - and the closest match I saw was E. pennsylvanica. Maybe...http://calphotos.berkeley.edu/cgi/img_query?enlarge=0000+0000+0107+2142
