Perhaps a Spangled Skimmer

Moved from Dragonflies.

Golden-winged or Needham's...
Golden-winged or Needham's....just can't say for sure. I've found this angle against a dark background is difficult to really get a good handle on the color of the wing venation. Probably Golden-winged, but without a good lateral view of the thorax I can't say with certainty.

Not a definite ID but
I don't think this is Spangled. Spangled have bicolored stigmas.

I think it's Golden-winged Skimmer. The costae look entirely yellow (not bicolored like Needham's).
