Graphocephala fennahi? - Graphocephala coccinea

Graphocephala fennahi? - Graphocephala coccinea
Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, USA
June 14, 2014
Size: ~7mm
I found this little sharpshooter hopper sitting on one of the jalapeno plants in my Mom's back yard in Cincinnati, Ohio today. It's definitely Graphocephala...I'm not sure if the species can be determined from this photo or not, but based on the broken quality of the red stripes, I'm suspecting Graphocephala fennahi. Does anyone here know?

hmm
size would indicate picta, but don't think they occur in Ohio
