Came to porch light; head to wingtip about 7 mm. I think this is what anglers call a Grannom (genus Brachycentrus), shown here and about two-thirds down this page. Members of the family Brachycentridae are called humpless casemaker caddisflies.

Update: genus Chimarra in family Philopotamidae, not Brachycentridae; see David's comment below, and more info on new genus page.
