Size: 8 mm nose to wingtips
Was initially on our outside screen window but crawled onto my hand when I put it near. It seemed slow, probably because of the cool 8°C air temperature.

Culiseta
I am guessing this is Culiseta melanura, but I don't have any keys with me. I would put it on the genus page for now.
