Really not sure what this is. I've photographed over a dozen lady beetles in the area but this larva doesn't seem to match any of them very well.

For me this is Mulsantina picta
AKA "painted ladybug".

Olla v-nigrum has the most similar larva. Do you have a size estimate?

Not sure - I believe it was relatively small though
I've photographed adults of both Mulsantina picta and Olla v-nigrum in this location though. Sorry for not being able to provide a better size estimate.
