Notiophilus aeneus
is confirmed based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is deposited in the P.W.Messer collection as a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom.

Big clue: Legs are uniformly yellowish which contrasts with the dark legs seen in other northeastern Notiophilus.
