Collected while sweep netting in roadside weeds. Proceeded to disappear under the hotel sink after a brief and very difficult photo session.

ID determined through comparing pictures of preserved specimens, Neoblattella detersa and Chorisoneura parishi. Pictures of both species can be found in the following link :

Further research has confirme
Further research has confirmed that this is a species of Neoblattella. To the extent of my knowledge the only species reported from Florida is detersa.
