Melanchra pulverulenta?
This could be the light version of Melanchra pulverulenta which is distinguished by the white subterminal line forming a white spot at the anal angle. They have been recorded in Ketchikan, they fly June-July and the larvae are generalist feeders, but especially conifers such as pine and spruce.
