Take a look at Eupteryx, maybe E. melissae. The leaf looks like mint or something similar which would be consistent with that species.

 
I think you may be onto something :)
The resemblance is very close, and it was either on or near catnip. If you're right, it'll be BG's first representative of the genus from PA. Thanks, Chris!
