Not Sure
I'm having trouble making this a Perimede sp. and not even sure it's a Cosmet Moth. Your other images placed under this species look more like P. erransella to me. I'll try to get more info.

 
I'd say gelechiid
Looks like something in/near Monochroa, though I'm not so familiar with the gelechiids with this look.
