Hi Bob,
Thank you very much for the id on Bugnet. The reason I had originally thought it was a wasp mimic was I only saw one pair of wings and what I thought were haltares. Here is another image that I cropped and drew an arrow to what I thought was a haltare.I would appreciate your thoughts.
I posted the image with the other two, I had posted earlier.

Not sure what the gizmoid that your arrow points to is. The character I find interesting is the transverse striations on the mesoscutum. These are also found in rhyssine ichneumonids, and several of those share the
Tremex columba
with
