Female or young adult ? Thanks, Paul

Moved from Evacanthus.

"Female or young adult?" may be tricky to answer
the two options are not mutually exclusive, might as well be both; any adult is either male or female, after all

Moved from True Bugs, Cicadas, Hoppers, Aphids and Allies.

Question
My question should have been are the females dimorphic and is this a female? We would like to post this type of info on the NC Leafhopper Website and were hoping Dr. Hamilton would provide an answer. Thanks. Paul
